Exchanges

Exchanges are not available. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at uvedanaturals@gmail.com with details and proof of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the issue, and if deemed appropriate, may offer a resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

As we do not accept returns or exchanges, shipping costs are non-refundable.
